1. Return Policy
We accept returns of most products within 30 days of the date of delivery.
- To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging. It must also include all original manuals, accessories, and components.
- Due to the nature of water heaters as sanitary and plumbing products, we cannot accept returns on products that have been installed, used, or show any signs of wear.
- To start a return, please contact our support team at support@levatti.tech to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and instructions. Returns shipped without an RMA number may be refused.
2. Refund Policy
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you of the status of your refund.
- If your return is approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will be automatically applied to your original method of payment within 7 business days.
- Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable. As we offer free shipping on all orders, the cost of the original outbound shipping will be deducted from your refund total.
- If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be the responsibility of the customer, unless the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., you received the wrong or a defective item).
3. Exchanges

4. Warranty Information
All our water heaters come with a 3-Year Limited Warranty from levatti. This warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship under normal use.
- The warranty is separate from this 30-day return policy and is handled directly through our support team.
- Warranty claims do not entitle you to a refund but to repair or replacement of the defective unit, as determined by our technicians.

5. Shipping & Handling for Returns
- Shipping Policy for Orders: We offer free shipping to all addresses within the USA. Handling time is 1-2 business days, and transit time is 2-4 business days after your order ships.
- Shipping for Returns: Customers are responsible for the cost and risk of returning the product. We recommend using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
