Thank you for choosing levatti. We are committed to getting your new water heater to you as quickly and efficiently as possible. This policy outlines our shipping procedures and what you can expect after placing your order.

1. Shipping Destinations

We currently offer FREE SHIPPING to all 50 states within the USA. We do not ship to PO Boxes, APO/FPO addresses, or international addresses outside the contiguous United States at this time.

2. Order Processing (Handling Time)

All orders are processed within 1-2 business days (Monday through Friday, excluding holidays) after payment is confirmed.

Please note that orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or holidays. If you place an order on a Friday after business hours, it will begin processing on the following Monday.

3. Shipping Transit Time

Once your order has been processed and leaves our warehouse, the estimated transit time is 2-4 business days to most locations within the contiguous United States.

  • Please Note: Transit times are estimates provided by the shipping carrier and are not guaranteed by levatti. While we strive to ensure timely delivery, factors such as weather, carrier delays, and incorrect address information can impact the delivery date.

4. Shipping Confirmation & Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email that includes your tracking number and a link to track your package. You can use this tracking number to see the real-time status and location of your shipment.

5. Shipment Delays

In the rare event of a significant delay, we will notify you via email and provide updated tracking information. We appreciate your patience and understanding in these situations, which are often beyond our direct control.

6. Incorrect Shipping Addresses

It is the customer’s responsibility to provide a complete and correct shipping address at the time of checkout. Please double-check your address before submitting your order.

If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer, we will contact you to arrange re-shipping. Please note that additional shipping fees will apply for re-shipping the order.

7. Damaged or Lost Packages

Damaged Shipment: If your package arrives damaged, please accept the delivery, note the damage on the carrier’s delivery receipt, and contact us immediately at support@levatti.tech with photos of the damaged product and packaging. We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue and get a replacement sent to you as soon as possible.

Lost Shipment: If your tracking information shows that your package is delayed or lost in transit, please contact us at support@levatti.tech. We will initiate a trace with the shipping carrier and keep you updated.
